Mr Tariq Mohammad is a Consultant Ophthalmologist and Lead for Cornea services in Queen’s Medical Centre, Nottingham. He has undertaken extensive subspecialty training through two advanced fellowships in Cornea and Anterior segment surgery, including the prestigious fellowship training in East Grinstead, a nationally and internationally recognised centre of excellence. This advanced training has equipped him with expertise in managing complex corneal disease, corneal transplantation, and modern cataract surgery. He has published in peer-reviewed journals and co-authored a book on emergencies in ophthalmology.
His passion for ophthalmology stems from a deep appreciation of both the science and artistry involved in preserving vision. He has been fascinated by the intricate complexity of the human eye and its profound impact on daily life.
